Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the day on which six months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision deleting Article 5-2, the provision amending Article 7-2, the provision adding one Chapter after Chapter II, the provisions amending Article 32, Article 39, paragraph (1) and Article 45, paragraph (2), the provision adding two Articles after Article 46 (limited to the portions pertaining to the proviso to Article 46-2, paragraph (1) and Article 46-3, paragraph (2)), the provision amending Article 55, paragraph (4), the provision amending Article 64 (limited to the portion pertaining to paragraph (3) of that Article), the provision adding one paragraph to Article 66, the provision making Article 68-2 into Article 68-3 and adding one Article after Article 68, and the provisions of Articles 5 and 15 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation, and the provisions of the following Article through Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、第五条の二を削る改正規定、第七条の二の改正規定、第二章の次に一章を加える改正規定、第三十二条、第三十九条第一項及び第四十五条第二項の改正規定、第四十六条の次に二条を加える改正規定（第四十六条の二第一項ただし書及び第四十六条の三第二項に係る部分に限る。）、第五十五条第四項の改正規定、第六十四条の改正規定（同条第三項に係る部分に限る。）、第六十六条に一項を加える改正規定並びに第六十八条の二を第六十八条の三とし、第六十八条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに附則第五条及び第十五条の規定は公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から、次条から附則第四条までの規定は公布の日から施行する。
