Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Revocation, etc. of Licenses for Employment Placement Services

With regard to the revocation of a license, or an order to suspend or discontinue services, concerning a person that, at the time this Act comes into effect, is providing employment placement services with a license or after filing a notification under the provisions of the Employment Security Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 3, the provisions then in force continue to govern the grounds that arose before the Effective Date.
