The provisions of Article 5-3, paragraph (3) of the Employment Security Act After the Article 4 Amendment (including as applied under other Acts) apply to a job poster, a person recruiting workers, and a person seeking to have a worker supplied to it, each of whom wishes to enter into a labor contract in connection with a job opening submitted, worker recruitment conducted, or a supply contract concluded on or after the item (iv) Effective Date.
