第五条（取扱職種の範囲等の申出に関する経過措置）
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has already made the statement under Article 32-12, paragraph (1) of the Former Employment Security Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33, paragraph (4) of the Former Employment Security Act) is deemed to be a person who, on the Effective Date, made a notification under the provisions of Article 32-12, paragraph (1) of the New Employment Security Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33, paragraph (4) of the New Employment Security Act).
この法律の施行の際現に旧職業安定法第三十二条の十二第一項（旧職業安定法第三十三条第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の申出をしている者は、施行日に新職業安定法第三十二条の十二第一項（新職業安定法第三十三条第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による届出をした者とみなす。
