Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning License Certificates, etc. for Paid Employment Placement Services
第四条（有料職業紹介事業の許可証等に関する経過措置）
A license certificate that has already been delivered to a person, at the time this Act comes into effect, pursuant to the provisions of Article 32-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Employment Security Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33, paragraph (4) of the Former Employment Security Act) is deemed to be a license certificate delivered pursuant to the provisions of Article 32-4, paragraph (1) of the New Employment Security Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33, paragraph (4) of the New Employment Security Act).
この法律の施行の際現に旧職業安定法第三十二条の四第一項（旧職業安定法第三十三条第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により交付を受けている許可証は、新職業安定法第三十二条の四第一項（新職業安定法第三十三条第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により交付を受けた許可証とみなす。
