If a person falls under any of the following items, the person who has committed the violation will be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 1,000,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その違反行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。
In the event of a violation of the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1);
第三十条第一項の規定に違反したとき。
if a person has used deception or other wrongful act to obtain a license under Article 30, paragraph (1), a renewal of the validity period of a license under the provisions of Article 32-6, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33, paragraph (4)), a license under Article 33, paragraph (1), a license under Article 36, paragraph (1), or a license under Article 45;
if a person has violated an order to suspend its services under the provisions of Article 32-9, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33, paragraph (4), Article 33-2, paragraph (7), and Article 33-3, paragraph (2));
第三十二条の九第二項（第三十三条第四項、第三十三条の二第七項及び第三十三条の三第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による事業の停止の命令に違反したとき。
if a person has violated the provisions of Article 32-10 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33, paragraph (4), Article 33-2, paragraph (7), and Article 33-3, paragraph (2));
第三十二条の十（第三十三条第四項、第三十三条の二第七項及び第三十三条の三第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に違反したとき。
if a person has violated the provisions of Article 32-11, paragraph (1);
第三十二条の十一第一項の規定に違反したとき。
if a person has violated the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (1);
第三十三条第一項の規定に違反したとき。
if a person has violated an order to discontinue its services under the provisions of Article 32-9, paragraph (1) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33-3, paragraph (2);
第三十三条の三第二項において準用する第三十二条の九第一項の規定による事業の廃止の命令に違反したとき。
if a person has violated the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (1);
第三十六条第一項の規定に違反したとき。
if a person has violated an order to suspend its worker recruitment services or worker supply services under the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 46), or to discontinue or suspend worker recruitment operations under the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (2);
if a person has violated an order to suspend its service of providing recruitment/candidate information in a specified manner under the provisions of Article 43-4; or
第四十三条の四の規定による特定募集情報等提供事業の停止の命令に違反したとき。
if a person has violated the provisions of Article 44.
第四十四条の規定に違反したとき。
