A person offering the service of providing recruitment/candidate information must properly and promptly process complaints concerning the service filed by an aspiring worker, a person recruiting workers, a commissioned recruiter, a provider of employment placement services or other persons provided for by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
A person offering the service of providing recruitment/candidate information must develop a system necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in the preceding paragraph.
