Article 43-8Responsibilities of Persons Offering the Service of Providing Recruitment/Candidate Information
第四十三条の八（募集情報等提供事業を行う者の責務）
In administering its operations, a person offering the service of providing recruitment/candidate information must endeavor to take the necessary measures to improve its operations in order to contribute to each worker's appropriate occupational choices.
募集情報等提供事業を行う者は、労働者の適切な職業の選択に資するため、その業務の運営に当たつては、その改善向上を図るために必要な措置を講ずるように努めなければならない。
