A person who has completed a high school graduate course (limited to those which meet the standards specified by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology including having a course term of 2 years or more) (limited to persons provided for in Article 90, paragraph (1)) may be able to transfer to a university as provided for by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
高等学校の専攻科の課程（修業年限が二年以上であることその他の文部科学大臣の定める基準を満たすものに限る。）を修了した者（第九十条第一項に規定する者に限る。）は、文部科学大臣の定めるところにより、大学に編入学することができる。
