Supplementary Provisions, Article 2, paragraph (1)
この法律（前条各号に掲げる規定については、当該各規定。次条及び附則第十九条において同じ。）の施行前に第二条の規定による改正前の労働基準法（これに基づく命令を含む。）の規定によりされた処分、手続その他の行為は、同条の規定による改正後の労働基準法（これに基づく命令を含む。）の相当規定によりされた処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
Dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the provisions of the Labor Standards Act (including orders based on it) prior to amendment by Article 2 before this Act (or, for the provisions set forth in the items of the preceding Article, those respective provisions; the same applies in the following Article and Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions) comes into effect are deemed to be dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the corresponding provisions of the Labor Standards Act (including orders based on it) as amended by that Article.
