Supplementary Provisions, Article 2, paragraph (2)
産後六週間を経過する日がこの法律の施行前である女子については、第二条の規定による改正後の労働基準法第六十五条第二項の規定は、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 65, paragraph (2) of the Labor Standards Act as amended by Article 2 do not apply to a woman for whom the day on which six weeks after childbirth elapse falls before this Act comes into effect.
