Dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the provisions of the Labor Standards Act (including orders based on it) prior to amendment by Article 2 before this Act (or, for the provisions set forth in the items of the preceding Article, those respective provisions; the same applies in the following Article and Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions) comes into effect are deemed to be dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the corresponding provisions of the Labor Standards Act (including orders based on it) as amended by that Article.
