入管法第二十四条第四号ヘの規定は、第三号施行日以後に入管法第七十三条の罪により拘禁刑に処せられた者について適用する。
The provisions of Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (f) of the Immigration Control Act apply to a person who, on or after the Item (iii) Effective Date, has been sentenced to imprisonment for the crime under Article 73 of the Immigration Control Act.
