Supplementary Provisions, Article 35, paragraph (1)
附則第十七条第一項、同条第二項及び附則第十八条第二項において準用する新入管法第十九条の七第二項、附則第十八条第一項、第二十七条第一項及び第五項、第二十八条第三項及び第四項、第二十九条第一項及び第三項並びに第三十条第一項、同条第二項及び附則第三十一条第二項において準用する新特例法第十条第三項並びに附則第三十一条第一項及び第三十三条の規定により市町村が処理することとされている事務は、地方自治法第二条第九項第一号に規定する第一号法定受託事務とする。
The affairs to be processed by municipalities pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 19-7, paragraph (2) of the New Immigration Control Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of the same Article and Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 18, paragraph (1), Article 27, paragraphs (1) and (5), Article 28, paragraphs (3) and (4), Article 29, paragraphs (1) and (3) and Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 10, paragraph (3) of the New Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of the same Article and Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, and Article 31, paragraph (1) and Article 33 of the Supplementary Provisions are Type 1 statutory entrusted functions prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (9), item (i) of the Local Autonomy Act.
