The affairs to be processed by municipalities pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 19-7, paragraph (2) of the New Immigration Control Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of the same Article and Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 18, paragraph (1), Article 27, paragraphs (1) and (5), Article 28, paragraphs (3) and (4), Article 29, paragraphs (1) and (3) and Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 10, paragraph (3) of the New Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of the same Article and Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, and Article 31, paragraph (1) and Article 33 of the Supplementary Provisions are Type 1 statutory entrusted functions prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (9), item (i) of the Local Autonomy Act.
