Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (6)
新令第二十四条第四号チの規定は、この法律の施行前に覚せい剤取締法に違反して有罪の判決を受けた者には、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (h) of the New Order do not apply to a person who was convicted of a violation of the Stimulants Control Act before this Act comes into effect.
