第二項経過措置
Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (2)
この法律の施行の際に、改正前の出入国管理令（以下「旧令」という。）第四条第一項第四号に該当する者としての在留資格を有する者は、改正後の出入国管理令（以下「新令」という。）第四条第一項第四号に該当する者としての在留資格を有するものとみなし、旧令第四条第一項第三号に該当する者としての在留資格を有する者の在留資格及び在留期間については、なお従前の例による。
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has a status of residence as a person falling under Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Immigration Control Order prior to its amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Order") is deemed to have a status of residence as a person falling under Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Immigration Control Order as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "New Order"), and with regard to the status of residence and period of stay of a person who has a status of residence as a person falling under Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Former Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
