第六条（補償契約に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Indemnity Agreements
新法第四百三十条の二の規定は、この法律の施行後に締結された補償契約（同条第一項に規定する補償契約をいう。）について適用する。
The provisions of Article 430-2 of the new Act apply to an indemnity agreement (meaning an indemnity agreement prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article) concluded after this Act comes into effect.
