if one of the following cases applies: whistleblowing to a person to whom reporting the reportable fact is considered necessary to prevent its occurrence or the spread of damage it causes:
次のいずれかに該当する場合 その者に対し通報対象事実を通報することがその発生又はこれによる被害の拡大を防止するために必要であると認められる者に対する公益通報
if one of the following cases applies: whistleblowing to a person to whom reporting the reportable fact is considered necessary to prevent its occurrence or the spread of damage it causes:次のいずれかに該当する場合 その者に対し通報対象事実を通報することがその発生又はこれによる被害の拡大を防止するために必要であると認められる者に対する公益通報
