another business operator if the business operator stated in (a) engages in business based on a contract for work or other contract with that other business operator and the officer is engaged in the business.
イに掲げる事業者が他の事業者との請負契約その他の契約に基づいて事業を行う場合において、当該役員が当該事業に従事するときにおける当該他の事業者
