If the Prime Minister has given a recommendation under the preceding Article to a business operator that is in violation of the provisions of Article 11, paragraphs (1) and (2), and the person who received the recommendation has not complied with it, the Prime Minister may make a public announcement to that effect.
内閣総理大臣は、第十一条第一項及び第二項の規定に違反している事業者に対し、前条の規定による勧告をした場合において、その勧告を受けた者がこれに従わなかったときは、その旨を公表することができる。
IfTo thePrime Minister has given a recommendation under the preceding Article to a business operator that is in violation of the provisions of Article 11, paragraphs (1) and (2), and the person who received the recommendation has not complied with it, the Prime Minister may make a public announcement to that effectextent necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) (excluding when applied by replacing the terms pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the Article), the Prime Minister may have a business operator make a report, or may have their employees enter the offices or other workplaces of the business operator and inspect books, documents, and any other articles.内閣総理大臣は、第十一条第一項
及び第二項の規定に違反している事業者に対し、前条の規定による勧告をした場合において、その勧告を受けた者がこれに従わなかったときは、その旨を公表す（同条第三項の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を除く。）の規定の施行に必要な限度において、事業者に対し、報告をさせ、又はその職員に、事業者の事務所その他の事業場に立ち入り、帳簿書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
