The Prime Minister may request a report from, or give advice, guidance or recommendations to, a business operator if the Prime Minister finds it necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of Article 11, paragraphs (1) and (2) (including if these provisions are applied by replacing the terms pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the Article).
内閣総理大臣は、第十一条第一項及び第二項（これらの規定を同条第三項の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）の規定の施行に関し必要があると認めるときは、事業者に対して、報告を求め、又は助言、指導若しくは勧告をすることができる。
