In addition to what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, a business operator must establish necessary systems to respond to and to appropriately handle the whistleblowing provided for in Article 3, item (i) and Article 6, item (i), and take other necessary measures, in order to protect whistleblowers and to ensure compliance with the provisions of laws and regulations relating to the protection of the lives, physical wellbeing, property, and other interests of citizens by making use of the content of whistleblowing.
事業者は、前項に定めるもののほか、公益通報者の保護を図るとともに、公益通報の内容の活用により国民の生命、身体、財産その他の利益の保護に関わる法令の規定の遵守を図るため、第三条第一号及び第六条第一号に定める公益通報に応じ、適切に対応するために必要な体制の整備その他の必要な措置をとらなければならない。
In addition to what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, a business operator must establish necessary systems to respond to and to appropriately handle the whistleblowing provided for in Article 3, paragraph (1), item (i) and Article 6,
