賃借権等（ちんしゃくけんとう）

In Article 70-6, a right of loan for use (使用貸借による権利) or a right of lease created over farmland or pasture land under a promotion plan for agricultural land use consolidation, etc. (農用地利用集積等促進計画).

賃借権等（ちんしゃくけんとう）

In Article 252, paragraph (4), a right of lease (賃借権) or another right to use a thing and take profits from it, which co-owners may create over what they own together for no longer than the period that paragraph sets: 10 years for forest land leased to plant or fell trees, 5 years for other land, 3 years for a building and 6 months for movables (動産).

賃借権等（ちんしゃくけんとう）

A right of lease (賃借権) of land or a building (other than one under a lease transaction as defined in Article 64-2, paragraph 3 of the Corporation Tax Act), a superficies (地上権), a farming right (永小作権) or another right to use land or a building, lasting one month or more, whose consideration counts as rent paid (支払賃借料) in computing added value (付加価値額) for the enterprise tax (事業税).

賃借権の設定等（ちんしゃくけんのせっていとう）

In Article 28-4, the creation of a superficies or a right of lease over land, or another act of a kind a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies by which a contract lets another person use land for a long period, treated there like a transfer of land.

登記名義人（とうきめいぎにん）

A person recorded in the rights section (権利部) of a registration record as the holder of one of the rights over real property that Article 3 lists.

登記記録の権利部に、次条各号に掲げる権利について権利者として記録されている者

農地（のうち）

In Article 70-4, farmland as defined in Article 2(1) of the Cropland Act (including land treated as farmland where Article 43(1) of that Act treats crop growing as cultivation), together with superficies, farming rights, rights of loan for use and rights of lease over it.

権利に関する登記（けんりにかんするとうき）

A registration concerning one of the rights over real property that Article 3 lists, such as ownership, superficies (地上権) or a mortgage (抵当権).

不動産についての次条各号に掲げる権利に関する登記

借地権（しゃくちけん）

A right to use another person's land for the purpose of owning a building on it, held either as a superficies (地上権), which is a right to use another person's land to own structures or trees on it, or as a right to lease the land (土地の賃借権).

建物の所有を目的とする地上権又は土地の賃借権

採草放牧地（さいそうほうぼくち）

Pasture land (採草放牧地) as defined in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Cropland Act, including superficies rights, farming rights, rights under a loan for use and rights of lease over it.

農地法第二条第一項に規定する採草放牧地（当該採草放牧地の上に存する地上権、永小作権、使用貸借による権利及び賃借権を含む。）

転借地権（てんしゃくちけん）

A lease of land, for the purpose of owning a building on it, that a land leasehold right holder (借地権者) has in turn granted to someone else: a sublease of the land.

建物の所有を目的とする土地の賃借権で借地権者が設定しているもの

敷金（しききん）

Money, whatever it is called, that a lessee (賃借人) gives the lessor (賃貸人) to secure the rent and the lessee's other money obligations to the lessor arising from the lease (賃貸借).

いかなる名目によるかを問わず、賃料債務その他の賃貸借に基づいて生ずる賃借人の賃貸人に対する金銭の給付を目的とする債務を担保する目的で、賃借人が賃貸人に交付する金銭

農用地（のうようち）

Agricultural land as defined in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act on Promotion of Improvement of Agricultural Management Foundation, including leasehold rights (賃借権) over it.

農業経営基盤強化促進法第四条第一項第一号に規定する農用地をいい、当該農用地に係る賃借権を含む

認定都市農地貸付け（にんていとしのうちかしつけ）

A loan of farmland by setting up a right of lease (賃借権) or a right under a loan for use (使用貸借), made as a certified business plan (認定事業計画) under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act on Facilitation of Leasing of Urban Farmland provides.

賃借権又は使用貸借による権利の設定による貸付けであつて都市農地の貸借の円滑化に関する法律（平成三十年法律第六十八号）第七条第一項第一号に規定する認定事業計画の定めるところにより行われるもの

保存等（ほぞんとう）

In Article 3(1), Article 4(2) and Article 105, item (i), the preservation (保存), creation, transfer, change, restriction on disposal or extinguishment of one of the rights over real property that Article 3 lists, such as ownership or a mortgage (抵当権).

保存、設定、移転、変更、処分の制限又は消滅

譲渡等（じょうととう）

In Articles 70-4 to 70-5, the transfer, gift or conversion of farmland, etc. (農地等) under the gift tax deferral, the creation of a right such as a lease over it, the abandonment of its cultivation, or the extinction of the right to farm it.

特定貸付け（とくていかしつけ）

A loan of farmland or grazing land whose gift tax (贈与税) is under a tax payment grace period (納税猶予), made by setting up a right of loan for use (使用貸借) or a lease (賃借権) for the farmland intermediary management project (農地中間管理事業) under Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Act on the Promotion of Farmland Intermediary Management Services, other than one doing the work in item (vii) of that paragraph.

貸付特例適用農地等（かしつけとくれいてきようのうちとう）

In Article 70-6, farmland or pasture land of a kind a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies that a farming heir (農業相続人) under the inheritance tax deferral has leased out under a promotion plan for agricultural land use consolidation, etc. (農用地利用集積等促進計画), while leasing in other land under such a plan to farm in its place.

譲渡所得の基因となる不動産等の貸付け（じょうとしょとくのきいんとなるふどうさんとうのかしつけ）

Setting up a superficies right (地上権) or right of lease (賃借権) for owning a building or structure, or another act under a contract that lets another person — for a nonresident, including the nonresident's place of business, etc. (事業場等) — use land for a long time, of a kind a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies; it is treated as a transfer of the land.

貸付期限（かしつけきげん）

In Article 70-4-2, the end of the term of the lease of specified leased farmland, etc. (特定貸付農地等), or the day the lease right, etc. ended if earlier.

特定貸付農地等（とくていかしつけのうちとう）

The farmland or grazing land, in whole or in part, whose gift tax is under a tax payment grace period (納税猶予) and which the person under that grace period has lent by a specified loan (特定貸付け) for the farmland intermediary management project (農地中間管理事業) before the donor's death.
