監督を受けている状態
In Articles 9, 10-2 and 10-4, the state of a foreign-based business being properly supervised, in carrying out measures equivalent to verification at the time of transaction and related measures (取引時確認等相当措置), by an authority of the country where it is located, or of another foreign country where it keeps its offices, whose duties correspond to those of the administrative agencies (行政庁) under Articles 15 to 18; a specified business operator (特定事業者) must check that the foreign business it contracts with is in that state and does not contract with such businesses that are not.
