When an application for registration under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article is made, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism must register the following particulars in the register of private lodging management businesses, except cases in which the Minister denies the registration pursuant to paragraph (1) of the following Article:
the particulars listed in the items of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article; and
前条第一項各号に掲げる事項
date of registration and the registration number.
登録年月日及び登録番号
If the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has granted registration under the preceding paragraph, the Minister must notify the applicant and the prefectural governor to that effect without delay.
国土交通大臣は、前項の規定による登録をしたときは、遅滞なく、その旨を申請者及び都道府県知事に通知しなければならない。
