第五条（医療法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the notification of matters required to be notified pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Medical Care Act before the revision in respect of matters that arose before the date of enforcement of Article 9, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第九条の施行日前に発生した事項につき改正前の医療法第八条及び第九条の規定により届け出なければならないこととされている事項の届出については、なお従前の例による。
