A mayor of a Municipality, when it is determined to be necessary for a Designated Community-Based Service Provider to smoothly provide the conveniences prescribed in Article 78-4, paragraph (7), may provide coordination among said Designated Community-Based Service Provider, Designated In-Home Long-Term Care Support Providers, other Designated Community-Based Service Providers, and other relevant persons, or advice and other assistance to said Designated Community-Based Service Provider and said relevant persons.
市町村長は、指定地域密着型サービス事業者による第七十八条の四第七項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該指定地域密着型サービス事業者及び指定居宅介護支援事業者、他の指定地域密着型サービス事業者その他の関係者相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定地域密着型サービス事業者及び当該関係者に対する助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
A prefectural governor, in a case when two or more mayors of Municipalities provide coordination or assistance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph for the same Designated Community-Based Service Provider, when it is determined to be necessary for said Designated Community-Based Service Provider to smoothly provide the conveniences prescribed in Article 78-4, paragraph (7), may provide coordination among said mayors of Municipalities, or advice and other assistance to said Designated Community-Based Service Provider from a wide-area perspective beyond the areas of Municipalities.
都道府県知事は、同一の指定地域密着型サービス事業者について二以上の市町村長が前項の規定による連絡調整又は援助を行う場合において、当該指定地域密着型サービス事業者による第七十八条の四第七項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該市町村長相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定地域密着型サービス事業者に対する市町村の区域を超えた広域的な見地からの助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, in a case when two or more prefectural governors provide coordination or assistance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph for the same Designated Community-Based Service Provider, when it is determined to be necessary for said Designated Community-Based Service Provider to smoothly provide the conveniences prescribed in Article 78-4, paragraph (7), may provide coordination among said prefectural governors, or advice and other assistance to said Designated Community-Based Service Provider from a wide-area perspective beyond the areas of prefectures.
厚生労働大臣は、同一の指定地域密着型サービス事業者について二以上の都道府県知事が前項の規定による連絡調整又は援助を行う場合において、当該指定地域密着型サービス事業者による第七十八条の四第七項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該都道府県知事相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定地域密着型サービス事業者に対する都道府県の区域を超えた広域的な見地からの助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
