A prefectural governor or mayor of a Municipality, when finding it necessary for the smooth provision of the convenience prescribed in Article 74, paragraph (5) by a Designated In-Home Service Provider, may coordinate among said Designated In-Home Service Provider, Designated In-Home Long-Term Care Support Providers, other Designated In-Home Service Providers and other relevant persons, or provide advice and other assistance to said Designated In-Home Service Provider and said relevant persons.
都道府県知事又は市町村長は、指定居宅サービス事業者による第七十四条第五項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該指定居宅サービス事業者及び指定居宅介護支援事業者、他の指定居宅サービス事業者その他の関係者相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定居宅サービス事業者及び当該関係者に対する助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, in the case where two or more prefectural governors conduct coordination or assistance under the preceding paragraph regarding the same Designated In-Home Service Provider, when finding it necessary for the smooth provision of the convenience prescribed in Article 74, paragraph (5) by said Designated In-Home Service Provider, may coordinate among said prefectural governors, or provide advice and other assistance to said Designated In-Home Service Provider from a wide-area viewpoint exceeding the prefectural area.
厚生労働大臣は、同一の指定居宅サービス事業者について二以上の都道府県知事が前項の規定による連絡調整又は援助を行う場合において、当該指定居宅サービス事業者による第七十四条第五項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該都道府県知事相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定居宅サービス事業者に対する都道府県の区域を超えた広域的な見地からの助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
