Article 69-23Discontinuance and Abolishment of Examination Question Preparation Affairs
第六十九条の二十三（試験問題作成事務の休廃止）
An Organization that Prepares Registration Examination Questions must not discontinue or abolish the whole or a part of the Examination Question Preparation Affairs without the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare.
登録試験問題作成機関は、厚生労働大臣の許可を受けなければ、試験問題作成事務の全部又は一部を休止し、又は廃止してはならない。
The Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare, when granting an approval pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, must hear the opinions of relevant Entrusting Prefectural Governor.
厚生労働大臣は、前項の規定による許可をしようとするときは、関係委任都道府県知事の意見を聴かなければならない。
The Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare, when granting an approval pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), must issue public notice of and provide notification of said fact to the relevant Entrusting Prefectural Governor.
厚生労働大臣は、第一項の規定による許可をしたときは、その旨を、関係委任都道府県知事に通知するとともに、公示しなければならない。
