The Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare, when it is determined that an Organization that Prepares Registration Examination Questions is not conforming with any of the items of Article 69-13, may order said Organization that Prepares Registration Examination Questions to take the necessary measures to conform with these provisions.
厚生労働大臣は、登録試験問題作成機関が第六十九条の十三各号のいずれかに適合しなくなったと認めるときは、その登録試験問題作成機関に対し、これらの規定に適合するため必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
