When a person that has provided In-Home Service, etc., or a person that employs said person fails to report or present pursuant to the provisions of Article 24, paragraph (1) or submits a false report, or fails to reply or submits a false reply to the questions of said personnel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph or to questions pursuant to the provisions of Article 24, paragraph (1) of an employee of a Designated and Entrusted Juridical Person for Prefectural Affairs entrusted pursuant to the provisions of Article 24-3, paragraph (1), said person is punished by a non-penal fine of 100,000 yen or less.
居宅サービス等を行った者又はこれを使用する者が、第二十四条第一項の規定による報告若しくは提示をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又は同項の規定による当該職員の質問若しくは第二十四条の三第一項の規定により委託を受けた指定都道府県事務受託法人の職員の第二十四条第一項の規定による質問に対して、答弁せず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をしたときは、十万円以下の過料に処する。
A person that violates the provisions of Article 69-7, paragraph (6) or paragraph (7) is punished by a non-penal fine in an amount not to exceed 100,000 yen.
第六十九条の七第六項又は第七項の規定に違反した者は、十万円以下の過料に処する。
