In the case where any of the following items applies, the person who committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen, or both:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは五十万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
where a person, in violation of the provisions of Article 118-7, makes known to another person without good reason, or uses for an unjust purpose, the content of anonymized long-term care insurance-related information that the person came to know in connection with the use of anonymized long-term care insurance-related information; or
第百十八条の七の規定に違反して、匿名介護保険等関連情報の利用に関して知り得た匿名介護保険等関連情報の内容をみだりに他人に知らせ、又は不当な目的に利用したとき。
where a person violates an order pursuant to the provisions of Article 118-9.
第百十八条の九の規定による命令に違反したとき。
