A user of anonymized long-term care insurance-related information must take the measures specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as necessary and appropriate for preventing the leakage, loss or damage of anonymized long-term care insurance-related information and for otherwise ensuring the security control of that anonymized long-term care insurance-related information.
匿名介護保険等関連情報利用者は、匿名介護保険等関連情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の当該匿名介護保険等関連情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切なものとして厚生労働省令で定める措置を講じなければならない。
