A prefectural governor or the mayor of a Municipality, when he or she determines it is necessary in order for the provision of convenience prescribed in Article 115-4, paragraph (5) by a Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service to be carried out smoothly, may provide coordination among said Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service, the Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Support Provider, other Designated Providers of Preventive Long-Term Care Service and other relevant persons, or advice and other assistance to said Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service and said relevant persons.
都道府県知事又は市町村長は、指定介護予防サービス事業者による第百十五条の四第五項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該指定介護予防サービス事業者及び指定介護予防支援事業者、他の指定介護予防サービス事業者その他の関係者相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定介護予防サービス事業者及び当該関係者に対する助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, in a case where two or more prefectural governors provide the coordination or assistance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph with regard to the same Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service, when he or she determines it is necessary in order for the provision of convenience prescribed in Article 115-4, paragraph (5) by said Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service to be carried out smoothly, may provide coordination among said prefectural governors or advice and other assistance to said Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service from a wide-area perspective beyond the prefectural area.
厚生労働大臣は、同一の指定介護予防サービス事業者について二以上の都道府県知事が前項の規定による連絡調整又は援助を行う場合において、当該指定介護予防サービス事業者による第百十五条の四第五項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該都道府県知事相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定介護予防サービス事業者に対する都道府県の区域を超えた広域的な見地からの助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
