第百十五条の四十五の二（介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業の指針等）
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to publish the guidelines necessary for the appropriate and effective implementation of the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support conducted by Municipalities.
厚生労働大臣は、市町村が行う介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業に関して、その適切かつ有効な実施を図るため必要な指針を公表するものとする。
A Municipality is to endeavor to periodically conduct investigation, analysis, and evaluation of the implementation status of the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support, and to endeavor to take necessary measures based on the results.
市町村は、定期的に、介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業の実施状況について、調査、分析及び評価を行うよう努めるとともに、その結果に基づき必要な措置を講ずるよう努めるものとする。
