A Municipality may conduct coordination among relevant persons necessary for the smooth implementation of the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support and the projects listed in the items of Article 115-45, paragraph (2).
市町村は、介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業及び第百十五条の四十五第二項各号に掲げる事業の円滑な実施のために必要な関係者相互間の連絡調整を行うことができる。
Relevant persons of the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support and the projects listed in the items of Article 115-45, paragraph (2) conducted by a Municipality must endeavor to cooperate with said projects.
市町村が行う介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業及び第百十五条の四十五第二項各号に掲げる事業の関係者は、当該事業に協力するよう努めなければならない。
A prefecture is to endeavor to provide information and other support to Municipalities with regard to the Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support and the projects listed in the items of Article 115-45, paragraph (2) conducted by Municipalities.
都道府県は、市町村が行う介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業及び第百十五条の四十五第二項各号に掲げる事業に関し、情報の提供その他市町村に対する支援に努めるものとする。
