A Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service must have, for each Business Office pertaining to said designation, in accordance with the standards specified by Prefectural Ordinance, the fixed minimum number of employees that engage in said Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service specified by Prefectural Ordinance.
指定介護予防サービス事業者は、当該指定に係る事業所ごとに、都道府県の条例で定める基準に従い都道府県の条例で定める員数の当該指定介護予防サービスに従事する従業者を有しなければならない。
In addition to the provisions in the preceding paragraph, the standards concerning effective methods of support for Prevention of Long-Term Care pertaining to Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service and the standards concerning facilities and management of the business of Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service are prescribed by Prefectural Ordinance.
前項に規定するもののほか、指定介護予防サービスに係る介護予防のための効果的な支援の方法に関する基準及び指定介護予防サービスの事業の設備及び運営に関する基準は、都道府県の条例で定める。
A prefecture, in establishing the Prefectural Ordinances set forth in the preceding two paragraphs, is to establish the matters listed in items (i) through (iii) in accordance with the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, is to establish the matters listed in item (iv) using the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as the standard, and is to take into consideration the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for other matters.
都道府県が前二項の条例を定めるに当たっては、第一号から第三号までに掲げる事項については厚生労働省令で定める基準に従い定めるものとし、第四号に掲げる事項については厚生労働省令で定める基準を標準として定めるものとし、その他の事項については厚生労働省令で定める基準を参酌するものとする。

matters concerning the management of the business of Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service that are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as being closely related to the appropriate use of services by Persons Requiring Support who use them, appropriate treatment, ensuring of safety, maintaining of confidentiality, etc.
指定介護予防サービスの事業の運営に関する事項であって、利用する要支援者のサービスの適切な利用、適切な処遇及び安全の確保並びに秘密の保持等に密接に関連するものとして厚生労働省令で定めるもの
maximum number of users pertaining to the business of Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service.
指定介護予防サービスの事業に係る利用定員
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, when intending to provide the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in the preceding paragraph (limited to the part concerning the handling of Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service), must hear the opinion of the Social Security Council in advance.
厚生労働大臣は、前項に規定する厚生労働省令で定める基準（指定介護予防サービスの取扱いに関する部分に限る。）を定めようとするときは、あらかじめ社会保障審議会の意見を聴かなければならない。
A Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service, when it has submitted a notification of abolition or suspension of business pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article, must provide convenience, such as coordination with the Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Support Provider, other Designated Providers of Preventive Long-Term Care Service and other relevant persons, to persons who received said Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service within one month before the date of said notification and who wish to continue to be provided with service equivalent to said Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Service on or after the date of said abolition or suspension of business, so that necessary In-Home Service, etc. is continuously provided.
指定介護予防サービス事業者は、次条第二項の規定による事業の廃止又は休止の届出をしたときは、当該届出の日前一月以内に当該指定介護予防サービスを受けていた者であって、当該事業の廃止又は休止の日以後においても引き続き当該指定介護予防サービスに相当するサービスの提供を希望する者に対し、必要な居宅サービス等が継続的に提供されるよう、指定介護予防支援事業者、他の指定介護予防サービス事業者その他関係者との連絡調整その他の便宜の提供を行わなければならない。
A Designated Provider of Preventive Long-Term Care Service must respect the personality of a Person Requiring Long-Term Care, act in compliance with this Act or an Order based on this Act, and faithfully perform said duty for a Person Requiring Long-Term Care.
指定介護予防サービス事業者は、要支援者の人格を尊重するとともに、この法律又はこの法律に基づく命令を遵守し、要支援者のため忠実にその職務を遂行しなければならない。
