Article 115-30-2Request for Provision of Information concerning the Preventive Long-Term Care Support Business, etc.
第百十五条の三十の二（介護予防支援事業に関する情報提供の求め等）
A mayor of a Municipality, when deeming it necessary for the implementation of the verification of Preventive Long-Term Care Service Plans pursuant to the provisions of Article 115-45, paragraph (2), item (iii), may request a Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Support Provider to provide information on the implementation status of Preventive Long-Term Care Service Plans and other matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
市町村長は、第百十五条の四十五第二項第三号の規定による介護予防サービス計画の検証の実施に当たって必要があると認めるときは、指定介護予防支援事業者に対し、介護予防サービス計画の実施状況その他の厚生労働省令で定める事項に関する情報の提供を求めることができる。
A Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Support Provider that is a Designated In-Home Long-Term Care Support Provider may, when necessary for the appropriate and effective implementation of the business of said Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Support, request necessary advice from the community general support center prescribed in Article 115-46, paragraph (1).
指定居宅介護支援事業者である指定介護予防支援事業者は、当該指定介護予防支援の事業の適切かつ有効な実施のために必要があるときは、第百十五条の四十六第一項に規定する地域包括支援センターに対し、必要な助言を求めることができる。
