When the Director of General of the Prefectural Labor Bureau has given or not, or rescinded permission to an application pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, said director shall give notice to said effect to the prefectural governor concerned.
都道府県労働局長は、前条の申請について許可をしたとき、若しくは許可をしないとき、又は許可を取り消したときは、その旨を都道府県知事に通知しなければならない。
