When an employer has obtained the permission from the Director of the Labor Standards Office Concerned according to Form No. 10 with respect to night- or day-duty intermittent work, the worker may employ workers who are engaged in such work, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 32 of the Act.
使用者は、宿直又は日直の勤務で断続的な業務について、様式第十号によつて、所轄労働基準監督署長の許可を受けた場合は、これに従事する労働者を、法第三十二条の規定にかかわらず、使用することができる。
