Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2008; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date prescribed in each item:
この法律は、平成二十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
Article 1, Article 6, Article 13, Article 16 and Article 19, and the provisions of Article 23, Article 25, Article 27 and Article 28 of the Supplementary Provisions:the date of promulgation;
