Article 20-2Number Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 12-2 of the Act
第二十条の二（法第十二条の二の厚生労働省令で定める数）
An employer who employs workers in a number equal to or less than the number specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 12-2 of the Act is an employer who regularly employs 300 or less workers (50 for an employer whose main business is finance or insurance, real estate, or retail, and 100 for an employer whose main business is wholesale or services).
法第十二条の二の厚生労働省令で定める数以下の労働者を使用する事業主は、常時三百人（金融業若しくは保険業、不動産業又は小売業を主たる事業とする事業主については五十人、卸売業又はサービス業を主たる事業とする事業主については百人）以下の数の労働者を使用する事業主とする。
