Article 71-3Publication of Guidelines for the Creation of a Comfortable Working Environment
第七十一条の三（快適な職場環境の形成のための指針の公表等）
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to release the necessary guidelines in connection with the measures referred to in the preceding Article that employers are to take to create a comfortable work environment, in order to ensure their appropriate and effective implementation.
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may provide the necessary guidance to employers and associations thereof in accordance with the guidelines referred to in the preceding paragraph.
