Before suspending or discontinuing all or a part of its operations for design reviews or post-manufacturing inspections, a registered agency for design reviews and post-manufacturing inspections, pursuant to Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must first file a notification of this with the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
