To enable an industrial physician or a person as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article to properly implement worker healthcare and related duties, an employer must endeavor to take the necessary measures, such as developing the necessary framework for an industrial physician or a person as prescribed in that paragraph to respond properly to requests for health consultations from workers.
