If the representative of a corporation or the agent, employee, or other staff member of a corporation or individual commits a violation referred to in Articles 116, 117, 119 or 120 in connection with the operations of the corporation or individual, in addition to the perpetrator being punished, the corporation or individual is subject to the fine referred to in the relevant Article.
