The agreement specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 161, paragraph (1), item (xvi) (Domestic Source Income) of the Act is to be an agreement in which one party promises to make a capital contribution to the business of the counterparty and the counterparty promises to allocate thereto profits arising from that business.
