The provisions of Article 41-2, paragraph (1) (excluding the parts relating to items (ii), (iv), (viii), (x), (xiv) and (xvi)), paragraph (2) of that Article (excluding the parts relating to items (ii), (iv), (viii), (x), (xiv) and (xvi) of paragraph (1)), paragraphs (8) through (10) of that Article, Article 41-3, Article 42, paragraph (10), paragraph (11) of that Article (excluding the parts relating to items (ii) and (iii)) and paragraph (12) of that Article (excluding the parts relating to items (ii) and (iii)) apply mutatis mutandis to the payment of high-cost medical expenses for persons who are, on the reference date, specially-insured day laborers and persons who are dependents thereof.
第四十一条の二第一項（第二号、第四号、第八号、第十号、第十四号及び第十六号に係る部分を除く。）、同条第二項（第一項第二号、第四号、第八号、第十号、第十四号及び第十六号に係る部分を除く。）、同条第八項から第十項まで、第四十一条の三、第四十二条第十項、同条第十一項（第二号及び第三号に係る部分を除く。）及び同条第十二項（第二号及び第三号に係る部分を除く。）の規定は、基準日において日雇特例被保険者である者及びその被扶養者である者に係る高額療養費の支給について準用する。
