in the case of treatment subject to specified disease benefits that is received on or after the month following the month that includes the day on which the person reaches the age of 70 and is inpatient treatment: the amount specified in each of (a) through (f) in accordance with the category of persons listed in (a) through (f) below:
七十歳に達する日の属する月の翌月以後の特定疾病給付対象療養であって、入院療養である場合 次のイからヘまでに掲げる者の区分に応じ、それぞれイからヘまでに定める額
